Dawn's challenge this week at
Inspirational Card Sketches was to make a Christmas card using her sketch. I rummaged around and found a me & my Big ideas pad of Christmas paper left over from last year and used paper from the pad for my card. I stamped and colored a couple of Christmas trees using a stamp from a Paper Studio set of Christmas stamps. I then added a couple of gems and used some Stickles.
This next card was done using sketch #2 at
Sketch Girl. I love the black, white and red color combo -- I think it looks very elegant. The black and white paper is from the DCWV The All Dressed Up stack. I then used the Accents Essential cartridge to cut the black and red flourish and background for it. A red flower stack finished it off.
