ICSketches #72 and Card Patterns Sketch #71

I used this week's sketch at Inspirational Card Sketches to make this card. I really like the layering effect of the sketch. The butterfly was cut using the Cricut Stamping cartridge and I used some distress ink on it and added pearls.

This next card was made using Card Patterns Sketch 71. I really liked the simplicity of the sketch and it was quick to put together.

Happy 4th of July. I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday.

Luck, love and laughter,
Judy

Great card for this weeks sketch. Always need a "thinking of you" card. :)

Belated happy 4th of July Judy! Both cards are lovely and I love how you added both colors. The stripes with polka dots sure is a nice touch!
