Spiderman

My two granddaughters are as different as night and day, just like their mommas. Joy's daughter, Sarabeth, is our prissy girlie girl and Robin's daughter, Addison, is far from being a girlie girl. She much prefers Spiderman and pirates. This makes it difficult to come up with embroidery designs for her as she will refuse to wear anything that looks too girlie. My dilemma -- how to do a Spiderman shirt for her that doesn't look like it belongs to a boy! I went to a children's consignment sale yesterday and found a girl's light blue Gap shirt with girlie detail around the neckline and sleeves. Then the hunt began for the perfect Spiderman embroidery design. This is what I came up with.

I accented the spider web with hot fix crystals to give it a little bling!
Luck, love, and laughter!

How fun! My grandson is a big Spiderman fan and my granddaughter likes Venom - Go Figure :)

I LOVE the Spiderman shirt. It's so cool but still girly!
