Presentation Certificate

My hubby went to an estate auction last week. Among the things being auctioned was a Key to the 1934 Chicago Worlds Fair. When Ronny saw it, he knew he had to have it to give to his cousin, Scott, who lives in Chicago.

Now Ronny was not satisfied with just sending the key -- giftwrapped with a card. He wanted to do it right with a presentation certificate so he enlisted my help. He drafted the wording for the certificate which I set up on the computer and printed out on parchment paper. I then used my Cricut to cut the lettering and the seal. I told him frames were available for 12 x 12 scrapbook pages so he went out and shopped for the frame.

His sister is going to Chicago this weekend so she is taking it with her and will make the presentation to Scott on Ronny's behalf.

Luck, love and laughter,

Judy

How sweet is that! You and your Hubby doing a joint project and it turned out awesome. Much, much better than just giving him the key with a card!

I agree with Lisa. That's a sweet project to do together. I hope Scott loves it!
